  By far the friendliest gym I've ever been to! I travel alot with work so have to use lots of different gyms but I've never had the pleasure of going to gym like The Gym in Truro. Great range of weights available - a proper lifters gym - but with all the cardio machines you need as well. Graham the owner is always available for great advice, spotting and stories too!
  
  Warning: The Gym will make you realise how unfriendly and inhospitable all other gyms are!
